<title>335 stone lifted</title>

In the past few years of getting into strongman we have had stones from 240 and the next biggest one up is at 335 so 240 is always easy for me but never quite managed a stone over 300 before. Tried many times over the past 2 years and denied over and over again I was becoming accustomed to the failure and frustrated with progress on these. That is what made hitting this so rewarding. The biggest stone I've ever handled before was a 270 stone so this is a really big jump for me and with hardly any practice leading up to this I finally got it!&lt;br /&gt;

Just trying to show how much stronger my back has gotten since I've been doing the dumbell rowing really heavy. I'm going to keep increasing by 5lbs. every week on these and go for 5 reps until I'm up to 100lb. for reps on this.&lt;br /&gt;

I'm very happy with the hammer throw. Huge prs on that. It's a really big deal to break 80 feet in my first year. At the pace I'm at I'll hit over 100 with it before very long.&lt;br /&gt;

These are tough. Get to rep 6 and you really doubt you will complete it. Then up to 10 doesn't feel too bad. Then 11-14 is very hard to get through, then you think you have nothing left but shift gears and do one at a time taking your time and breathing a lot between sets till 20 is reached.&lt;br /&gt;

About only 3 weeks back into shirted work this ties my best training bench ever. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I had the shirt adjusted so well that couldn't quite touch this. I need to work a little more on touching, but this weight was not that hard.&lt;br /&gt;
