11.21 Saturday strongman work
1) 10" log

Little setback on log but next week will be on track again.
2) double medley 230lbs. farmers followed by running a 170 atlas stone 60 feet both way. Did 4 runs, trying to move faster and get in better conditioning.
3) 700 tire flipped it 7 times and that was all. This tire is very difficult has very little tread but I'm getting used to it the more I work with it.
Next weeks rotation will have BTN jerk presses on monday and some standing rack lockouts holding it at the top for a while to develop stronger core.
