2) Medley w/ Yoke & farmers
540lb. yoke / 200 farmers 80 feet
540lb. yoke / 250 farmers 80 feet (new pr)
3) Warmuped up then did a king of the mountain style stone lift w/ 240 stone. Went in for 3 rotations I lifted it 11, 10, 13 reps w/ each rotation, really hit the lungs, very hard work, barely enough rest between each set.
