12/3 Squat day

1) hang cleans - After the 1st set I noticed this hurts my strained bicep too much so had to stop. What's wierd is I can do curls with little pain but rowing motions or cleans hurt.

2) close stance squat
135x5
225x5
315x3
405x3
405x3

3) front squat
225x5
275x5
315x1 this felt hard
315x1 tried again but not feeling it today

4) romanian stiff legged deadlift no belt
275x3
275x3
365x3
365x5

5) neck strap work 2 sets

6) hanging leg raises with chains draped over toes 2 sets of 15

also wanted to note I tried some of these energy pills I got as a free sample and I took 2 of the 3 pills and I will never do this again. I feel like crap now and I'm shivering, feeling like puking. Those red bulls and some of that is ok for me but these ones they sell at supplement stores I cannot handle them. I'm turning green and shivering now.

I'm using my weightlifting style shoes for deadlifts lately and I'm liking how that feels, my technique feels better.
