these felt heavy today, but I'll be back strong next time
2) squats in a machine, not sure what this is called, just trying to hit quads extra

3) calf raises on leg press 20, 20, 20 increasing weight
4) weighted abs 3 sets of 8
This saturday i'm going a highland games in middle of winter, looks like there will be a little snow, this is just for fun and good times.
