1) raw squat close stance
135x3
225x3
315x3 (at this point my hips were telling me no way, put on a old loose crain squat suit)
385x5
wanted to work up to a few singles
405x1
435x1

2) front squat
225x8
275x8

3) neck work lots of sets from all angles
