1) box squat w/ belt & inzer briefs wide stance

3) plyometric move, on knees sitting on ankles jumping up high enough to land on feet, did about 12 jumps
4) ab wheel

30lbs. chain draped over neck x 8
5) neck work, w/ 25lb. plate and towel lying on bench, then 3 sets of neck strap for the rear
