Monday Morning

1) deadlift

2) seated good mornings

3) weighted abs w/ 25lb. plate 10, 10, 10

1) seated overhead log press lockouts from the top of the head up in the rack

(bench felt bad so stuck to the prescribed reps for the cycle)
2) Bench

3) dumbell rows no straps
85x12
155x5
175x3
(on left hand, felt bicep give me a warning so stopped early)

4) rolling thunder
hoping to break a pr but failed at 170lb. attempt.
