12.17 Squat day
1) Squat about shoulder width stance

2) One leg squat, other leg put up on a bench behind me
45lb. x 10

(first time trying these getting used to it and then i'll be putting some weight on the bar)
3) Neck work
25lb. plate and towel in 3 directions, then 3 sets of neck strap work.
I've gotten my squat form problem better, too much lean forward and using too much low back. I set the bar a little higher, move my hands in tighter and create a strong shelf for my back, then right out of the hole drive with head first and not legs.
