Monday morning deadlift

1) conventional deadlift with belt

225x3
315x3
385x3
405x1
435x1
Just stuck to the prescribed reps for 5-3-1 this week cause it didn't feel strong today

2) seated good mornings
135x10
225x10
315x10

3) straight leg situps w/ minibands
1 miniband x 20
2 minibands x 10
2 minibands x 10

Monday Evening Bench
1) sitting on floor 12" log press off pins (zurandas press)

2) raw bench
135x5
225x5

3) close grip 10" hands apart

4) dumbell rows
155x5 for 3 sets no straps regular grip

Thursday Squat

1) close stance squat

2) one legged squats (one leg set up behind me on a bench)

This hit my legs hard, my legs were quivering and shaking after this.

3) neck work w/ towel & 25lbs. 3 directions, & neck strap worked up to 65lbs.
