worked with the new implement today, just lifted it up to a bench at 18" which will be the contest height on the stairs

3) 750lb. tire flip, this tire has almost no tread and is tough
Warmed up then did 2 60 foot runs with it (about 8 flips) On the second run i timed it at 1 minute 15 sec so that's pretty good for me.
What i'm doing for training is working i'm not changing a thing.
